Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ishbelia Gardens provides flower delivery to eligible addresses in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Orders are delivered directly by Ishbelia Gardens using our own delivery service rather than a third-party shipping carrier.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day flower delivery is available in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for eligible orders placed within our available delivery schedule.

Customers can select an available delivery date and time slot during the ordering process. Same-day availability may vary depending on the time the order is placed, delivery location, product availability, order size and order volume.

Certain products may require additional preparation time and may not be available for same-day delivery. The available delivery dates and time slots shown during the ordering process will reflect the available delivery options for the order.

Delivery Fee

A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies to eligible online orders delivered within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman.

The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Ajman

Orders placed through our website can only be delivered to eligible addresses within these supported emirates. Online delivery to Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain is currently unavailable.

Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

As Ishbelia Gardens delivers orders using our own delivery service, a third-party carrier tracking number may not be provided.

Customers will receive order updates as their order progresses. We will notify the customer when the order has been prepared and dispatched for delivery and will provide confirmation once the delivery has been completed.

Delivery Times

Customers may select from the available delivery dates and time slots presented during the ordering process.

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, access restrictions, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, phone number and complete delivery address.

If the recipient cannot be reached or access to the delivery location is unavailable, our team will attempt to contact the customer or recipient.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or circumstances outside our control.

Flower Availability

Flowers are seasonal and natural products, and certain varieties may occasionally be unavailable.

Where necessary, Ishbelia Gardens may substitute unavailable flowers or materials with suitable alternatives of similar quality and value while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.
