Products and Fresh Flowers

We make every reasonable effort to display our flowers and arrangements as accurately as possible. However, flowers are natural and seasonal products. Colors, sizes, shapes, bloom stages and other characteristics may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website.

Availability of particular flowers, wrapping materials, vases and decorative elements may also vary.

Where an item is unavailable, we may make an appropriate substitution with an item of similar quality, style and value while maintaining the overall character of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.

Orders

An order is considered accepted once it has been successfully placed and accepted through our store.

We reserve the right to contact a customer regarding an order where additional information, clarification or a substitution is required.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, incorrect information has been provided, or another legitimate reason prevents us from fulfilling the order.

Where we cancel a paid order that we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
